- Most products are shipped via UPS or Fedex ground, but may be shipped by other means. Shipping is charged at cost, which many not be known at the time the order is placed and may be billed separately. Shipping rate may change based on which warehouse product ships from. If shipping cost increases from the amount estimated, actual shipping rate shall be confirmed with customer before order is finalized and shipped. Shipping outside the US and Canada shall be calculated separately and must be paid in advance.
- Handling Fee
- Due to our low markup, orders less than $100 are charged an additional $5.00 fee for handling.
- Foreign Orders
- Orders may be shipped outside the US or Canada, however, payment must be made in full and cleared before shipping. Due to the prevalence of credit card fraud, cards will be verified with issuing bank before order is processed. All fraudulent orders are reported for prosecution and shall be posted on this web site.
- Buyer is responsible for insurance, shipping costs, brokerage fees and customs duties. No returns on items shipped outside the US or Canada. To place an order from outside the US or Canada call [001] 970-243-1929.
- Returns & Replacements
- Defective items may be returned within 14 days without a restocking charge. Return of non-defective items incurs a 25% restocking charge. All returns must be in original package in unused condition. Buyers pay for return shipping. Damage incurred during shipping must addressed with shipping company. Refunds are made within 30 days of return of product in satisfactory condition by company check.

- Payment
- Preferred payment is by credit card - Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Alternate payment arrangements can include wire transfer, money-order, cashiers check or company check, at Reliable Supply's discretion. Payment in advance is required on all orders. No credit is extended. Charge-backs are billed at a minimum rate of $50.
- Hold Harmless
- Reliable Supply, Inc. is not the manufacturer of the products it sells. Products are sold by Reliable Supply, Inc. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, associates and assigns only on the condition that buyer holds Reliable Supply, Inc. harmless from any and all claims related to product performance, delivery time or any other liability. The means that buyer's sole recourse against Reliable Supply, Inc. if a product is defective or otherwise unsatisfactory is to return the product for a refund.
